Export / Import Permits

Your country may require that you obtain an import permit for certain products we sell. New Zealand and South Africa require import permits for most firearm parts. Australia requires import permits for some parts. Most other countries require import permits for major firearm parts but not minor parts. Major parts that frequently require import permits include barrels, slides, frames, receivers, bolts, bolt carriers, and cylinders. Complete guns always require an import permit.

You are not permitted to buy firearms, firearm parts, or any other items unless you are authorized to own and possess them in your country. It is your responsibility to check the laws and regulations in your country to determine that you are permitted to own and possess them.

It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain an import permit or any other authorization required for you to import products into your country. The seller is totally responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
